As a yoga teacher, Maxine has trained internationally both in India, England and France and is passionate about guiding the students in a moving meditation in form of a Mandala Vinyasa flow. In this class, the aim is to find a deep-rooted connection between body, breath and mind.
A firm believer in the 360-degree approach to health and wellbeing, Maxine has a strong interest in how nutritional balance, meditation and movement can empower us to live a more fulfilled lifestyle. She is also the co-founder of Wellness Vibes Finland, a holistic wellness centre in Kauniainen where the focus is on creating an inclusive wellness community encouraging a return to a simpler, happier and more mindful way of life.

Maxine’s class is based on a Mandala Vinyasa Flow style, which will move you dynamically around your mat while cultivating awareness of mind, body and breath. It has its roots in Shamanism with a focus and flow for each element that will create heat and prana for the entire body. Expect to be challenged by the choreographic sequencing, to get upside down sometimes, and to have a lot of fun in the process! This is a graceful, challenging and deeply soothing practice for all levels of practitioners.
