Himantika Sharma is a yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for six years in India, Norway and now in Finland. She is a registered yoga teacher in Hatha yoga with a 200-hour certification from Yoga Alliance International. In 2018, she taught yoga at International Yoga Day, Helsinki organised by the Embassy of India. Since 2017, she has been organizing yoga classes in Helsinki through her meetup.com group and has also provided yoga classes through the event organization Jolly Dragon.

A slow-paced and soft hatha yoga practice that helps you strengthen your back. Suitable for students of all levels.
The practice entails a gentle warm-up followed by a sequence of sun salutations and other asanas especially focused on strengthening your back and spine. In the end, we enjoy a soothing meditation. The class is taught in English and is suitable for students of all levels.
